Paying for your order should be easy and secure. Here's how it works.

1. Ways to pay
You can pay with:

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Shop Pay

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The options available to you are shown at checkout.

2. Secure checkout
All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection by our payment providers. We never store your full card details on our own systems.

3. When your order is confirmed
Your order is confirmed and sent to be packed once your payment has gone through in full.

4. Refunds
If you're due a refund, for example after an approved return under our 30-day money-back guarantee or for a faulty item, we'll process it to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving it. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to show in your account. Store credit is added to your account straight away.
